Returns & Refunds

Please Read Before Purchasing

Due to the nature of Baby Design Company products being personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Please check all spellings are correct before proceeding with checkout. If any spelling errors are made please contact us at info@babydesigncompany.com immediately. We will not be responsible for customer input errors.

Baby Design Company will not be liable for any sizing errors, please read size guide before purchasing where you will find individual garment measurements. Products may vary very slightly in size due to fit and fabric.

Please measure where necessary before purchasing. If in doubt then please ask and we will be more than happy to help.

Please ensure you follow your garment care card included with your item and wash care label carefully. Baby Design Company will not be responsible for items that have been misused, mistreated or didn’t comply with garment care instructions will not be eligible for a refund. 


If you deem a product to have a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer service immediately at info@babydesigncompany.com with your order number, details and pictures of the fault. If the item is redeemed faulty by Baby Design Company the customer will have to return the item to address provided at the customers expense within 7 days of receiving the item. If a manufacturing fault occurs, we will do our best to replace your item and if the item is not available in stock, a full refund will be provided.
